Solutions Consultants started out as a business broker in the greater Texas area. Our Small Business Division still provides listing services and marketing for companies that have revenues of $500K - $3M. Typically $3M and companies are handled by our M&A division.

Our Role As An Intermediary

Wikipedia defines An intermediary (or go-between) is a third party that offers intermediation services between two trading parties. The intermediary acts as a conduit for goods People-Puzzle-Mergers-Acquisitions-Sell-Buyor services offered by a supplier to a consumer. Typically the intermediary offers some added value to the transaction that may not be possible by direct trading.

Solutions Consultants represents either the buy-side or the sell-side of M&A transactions ranging from $2M - $50M.  We only represent one side and never represent both during the transaction process.
